What happens if I exceed the weekly Ask queries limit on Basic or Pro?
Basic includes 75 Ask queries per week and Pro includes 150 Ask queries per week. After you cross the weekly limit, Ask continues on a lower AI model.
What is the difference between Ask and Draft Mode?
Ask Mode is for querying your record and getting grounded answers with citations. Draft Mode is for preparing arguments, memos, and briefs anchored to the case record.
How should I think about pages per case and updates per week?
Each plan has a defined case size and update cadence: - Basic supports 300 pages per case and 2 updates per case per week (up to 300 pages per update). - Pro supports 5,000 pages per case and 10 updates per case per week. - Max supports unlimited pages per case and unlimited updates. Updates are useful when new filings, annexures, or evidence sets keep coming in during the week.
Can my team collaborate on the same matter?
Yes. Shared case memory is unlimited across all plans, and active case memories are also unlimited across all plans.
What happens if I cancel my subscription? Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel anytime. We do not offer refunds. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again after that.
